Founded in 2014 by U.S. Navy veteran George A. Fitzpatrick, the River Rock Community Coalition, Inc. (RRCC) works to strengthen and uplift Buffalo’s Riverside and Black Rock neighborhoods.

We bring people together to improve our shared spaces, support our youth and veterans, and build a stronger sense of community pride and belonging.

As a 100% volunteer nonprofit, every donation we receive goes directly back into the neighborhoods we call home—fueling real, visible change that benefits everyone.
LoveU Buffalo Art Park Coming to Black Rock
The RRCC plans to develop a vacant lot on Thompson St into a pocket art park that resonates love and beauty.
